🐾 Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unopened, unused, and in new condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Return request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving your order
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, or damaged products.
📦 How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
❗ Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the safety and hygiene of our products, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
